My Emailed Product
Complaint:
This is the third time submitting a complaint through what I
suspect is a viable form of redress. Initially, I was contacted by Redacted; however, it has been a few days since I was
last contacted by her. So, if this problem is not satisfactorily remedied
by Friday, I will resort to social media to voice my discontent. Below is
my original, albeit modified, complaint.
I have ordered six cases of the Redacted. The manner
in which you ship this product does not preserve the quality of its content.
I did not want to take time to type this complaint, but this is not the
first case of this flavor that has been ruined from the shipping process.
As you can see in the picture, the beverage solidifies and comes out like
curdled milk. I must cut open the containers and pour the contents in a
blender (this is the third consecutive case of defective product). It is
very unpleasant. I am very displeased and I would someone to look into
this issue and provide me with either merchandise credit or a refund. And
at least provide a disclaimer on the website and refrain from sending out this
flavor until the problem has been identified and remedied. I suspect that
if you ship in plastic bottles, like my other supplier, you will not have
this problem. I would suggest you sell off the remaining lot with a
website disclaimer and stop thenceforth from shipping out defective
product.
The order number is Redacted, and the product lot number is Redacted . Contact me at Redacted. If necessary, you can call me at Redacted, but this is not a conversation, this is an arbitration.
Option 1 (curdled) Option 2 (frothy)
